This provides an experienced point person, a timeline of the day, full ceremony and reception coordination, a floor plan/venue tour meeting, rehearsal coordination, set up, decorating services and full vendor communication/coordination.

Day Of Coordination Only
The Ivory Package is perfect for the couple who needs a coordinator to ensure the day runs smoothly but has other options for setup/clean up. This package is perfect for venues that require a coordinator, or brides who have decor/floral/tablescapes already planned and taken care of.

This package includes a timeline, a venue floor plan meeting, vendor communication 60 days out, advice as you plan, rehearsal and coordination on the day of to guarantee a flawless event!

Little Details
Travel Fees:
A travel fee of $250 will be added to any travel over 60Â miles. This will cover all travel costs for each meeting, rehearsal and day of event travel. No other fees will be charged.
